Great store! I've been buying from this company for over 8 years and I'm always happy with the service and products that I've gotten. Luchane, Juan and Jacob are absolutely helpful and accommodating.
I definitely recommend using them for all your flooring needs.

Had the total displeasure of meeting with Luchane Boyd. I had a very tight schedule and Luchane guaranteed me that the tile would be ready on time and kept pushing me to pay. I did, but felt uneasy and had a feeling that it wouldn't be ready on time. The order was not ready when he promised and I asked for a refund. At first he said I never paid them and then his story changed to he could refund me, just not today. I finally got refunded but the whole project got held up because of this guy, costing me tons of money. When I wasn't refunded immediately (that was the only cash I had) I had to make the purchase at another store on a credit card at a really high interest rate. Conclusion, I did get refunded but got nailed with high interest and had my project held up for weeks because of this. Stay clear!! Horrible experience.

Their customer service is not up to par with my expectations.  I bought a box of shower floor tiles and when we went to open the box to start tiling the shower, ALL THE SHEETS WERE BROKEN.  Upon returning the item to the store the manager told me he would SHARE THE RESPONSIBILITY implying that I BROKE THE TILES - how dare he!!!!!  I just opened the box and saw all the tiles broken!  So in the end they gave me two sheets and I had TO PAY for two more sheets and now we have to cut and paste whatever is good in the box to make it work.  SERIOUSLY - if this was HOME DEPOT I would have been able to return the box with no problem.  I have a ton more tiling to do in my house and I am sure not using them again!  The only reason they are getting 1 star is because I can't post this without giving them a star!!!!!!!
