Made an online appointment for 2:45 for my 1 year old and I to get haircuts. Didn't get seen until after 3. Chantel did a good job on my son's hair but when it came time to do mine her boyfriend was waiting for her to be done, I showed her what I wanted (a simple bob cut) she didn't feel "comfortable" doing it. Said I could wait 15 or 20 minutes for another stylist to cut it but I declined. Ended up pretty disappointed and I won't be returning.

I called  asked if I would need appointment for an eyebrow wax. The lady told me no as long as I came in within the 29 mins. I got there with in 10 mins. There were 2 styles not one person greeted me. I went to the desk asked about the wax I just called in l. The lady at the desk went back came back said sorry 40 to 59 minutes  wait. I reminded her that I just called she said well sorry.. terrible service..

Just lost any future buisiness with me. I just went in today to ask about a perm price and the style I wanted. They told me the starting price, which is what I expected it to be. However when I had shown them a picture of the style I was wanting the two ladies told me "oh we can't do that." They told me since my hair was so long, my perm would fall out and that to keep up on it I would have to use a curling iron when I know I can put mousse in it to hold it in. This is for a Beach Wave Perm. I have been contemplating on this hairstyle for some time now, and really want to do it. So I am not getting my hair done by JCP Salon in Joplin, I am getting the perm I want on Thursday for a cheaper price and New Dimensions in Joplin is doing it for me. JCP Salon really disappointed me today.
