This place is disgusting,  I tried shopping in men's and men's shoes. I ended up just walking out. There are piles of cloths everywhere and all over the floor. The employees must not care. Corporate needs to come in and hire all new employees, shut down the store for a few weeks and clean up and make it presentable and suitable for customers.

Worst JC Penney I have ever been to, the waiting in line is ridiculous! They only have 1 person at the purchase online pick up counter, attending 3 customers at the same time, I waisted 1 whole hour there just to pick up 1 item, I hope Amazon takes their business, their customer service is poor.

ON A RECENT VISIT THERE AN ASSOCIATE BY THE NAME OF CORA G MADE MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE DELIGHTFUL! SHE WAS COURTEOUS, EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND AN ALL AROUND GREAT ASSOCIATE! THANK YOU!

Called for an item waited for 45 minutes to get help. Was transferred to different departments due to no one being available in shoes.

Very pleasant experience,  bought a mattress set with 2 bed spread/sheet sets and a sofa with double recliners with matching recliner chair,  coffee table, end table w/ lamp and an area rug with 3 matching throw pillows. the sale girl was very helpful and courteous , she made me an offer I couldn't refuse (I waited 2 years to post to make sure I had a good buy and yes I am still very happy with my  purchase).
