The store has been reorganized and is so much easier to shop now. The customer service that I had in 3 different departments was very good, especially in jewelry. I haven’t been to this store in a while but will definitely be back, the store has a good feel to it now, better than Christiana.

Customer service was terrible, item with discount rang up incorrect when I took this back to the desk it was purchased the lady was rudely chomping her gum and gave me attitude in one breath said she did not remember seeing me however she just got us the shoes out that we purchased. I then asked to speak with a manager Jen and got attitude over that from both her and the lady at the shoe department saying "uh well she's going to have to just wait!" I ended up leaving and saying I would contact corporate as this wasn't the first awful experience. Another time prior to this I came again with my mother whom has a hard time walking and the isles downstairs were so cluttered you had to step over things to get around and they wouldn't honor rewards on an item that was purchased online. Very rude staff whom doesn't seem to care about their customers nor the cleanliness of their store.

The store has been remodeled. Things are organized. Customer service is much better now.

Terrible customer service. Staff constantly complaining about customers loud enough for the customers to hear. Not friendly or helpful. This store is not the classy store it used to be. I get more respect and better customer service from Walmart.
