Unfriendly staff are quick to say they do not accept a return on an unused item, even though the tag was still on the item and I had the original receipt.  When I couldn't find an exclusion on their return policy for the unused swimsuit, I finally got another staff member to accept the return.  Staff need training consistent with store policy.
