I love jc penny i shop alot from there

Need real improvements for friendly staff.
Went in there with my aunt in law but cashier was very rude 😣 Neither the store was organized nor the price on the sticker match up with their system
 Cashier was making up own rules for JCPenney.

I've been shopping here for 24 years and cannot remember in that time if they've ever upgraded their women's dressing room. It's absolutely disgusting with stinky brown carpet, sloppily painted doors and locks that barely work. I try very hard to keep my shoes on when trying on clothes.

They have great sales but not a very big selection compared to other stores because we're a small city. Also, many of the sales associates are of retirement age and really show it in their mannerisms and style. And at slower times I can hardly find a cashier to check out. This store just feels so worn out and is in desperate need of a makeover.
