Prices are not as displayed employees are not helpful when asked about other sizes and store is an absolute wreck I didn't get one smile from any of the employees honestly a very bad experience over all wouldn't recommend going last minute shopping unless you know the store well

Online ducks online ordering is sick and not user friendly ordered same day item on June 13 and went to pick.up on 17th not there entry back on q9th still not there it was a father's day gift which by the way had a $5 express shipping except there's no online code for it the chat was a joke which is y I said to pickup from store ..then I called actually the store called the online customer srvc and the lady was rude had to ask for supervisor like 8 times  and then waited on hold for a supervisor who only got on the call with a bigger attitude over talking me and when I asked her how is she a supervisor but won't allow me to talk vent what have u..and she put me back on hold with no warning
.the ladies at the counter at Tulsa promenade was just as appalled as I was if not embarrassed. .I am a very loyal.penny's shopper  aor should I say was ..I AM DONE A SPENDING MY HARD EARMED MONEY AT BUSINESSES WHO DON'T CARE FIR CUSTOMERS. ..DELETING APP NO REWARDS AND THEY CAN SUCK IT
