After giving birth 3 times, breastfeeding, divorcing and being single over 10 years, i went to jcpenney to buy pretty bra for my first date. I felt so ugly and wanted to cry in the mirror and BRANDY WAS SO UPLIFTING AND ENCOURAGING AND SO PERSONAL...I FELT SHE WAS THERE JUST FOR ME. I WILL NEVER FORGET HER AND I PRAY GOD BLESSES HER AND HER EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY WITH THIS COMPANY OR ANY OTHER. I CAN NEVER THANK HER ENOUGH FOR THE CONFIDENCE AND ENCOURAGEMENT AND MOST IMPORTANTLY FINDING THE RIGHT BRA FOR ME. GOD BLESS YOU BRANDY

JC Penney's execs. very disappointed in Kennewick WA store. Lines to check out becoming like a bread line during the depression. Waits greater than 15-20 minutes. Some customers who lack manners go right up to the cash register without waiting in line; cashiers accommodating them. Extremely poor customer service. 09/4/2016 4:45 pm Spoke to Megan, Manager, at the register in women's coats/men's suit area; she is sweet but impotent. I will patronage your store only when absolutely necessary. You'd better get your act together...easier to shop on line folks.

Really bad service i have ordered a coat and i didn't receive it and after 14 days the employees said its not in the store and we have to return the order for me! Wtf is this i will never buy stuff from you guys again

Penney's has tried to update but it still looks like liquidation throughout. I usually enter by the shoe Dept and find the gum stains on the sidewalk inexcusable. For being a cornerstone mall location for decades, you could do better.

Got scammed today 2 times by cashier Anna (spanish lady). I had to call manager to strayed up situation. People be careful with her!! I spent about an hour to get my money back, she try steal my $10 off cupon and probably use it. Nesty human!
