Disappointing Salon. Went here for over 4 years with the same stylist. Tre', I miss you. They screwed up my appointment the first time I was to go to someone else and then wanted to move my appointment. I agreed, get there and they want to hand me off to someone else. Bye. Going elsewhere. Shame.

Now I remember why I stopped shopping at jcp. Placed an order on Nov. 26 was told it would arrive at the store in 4-7 business days. It’s Dec. 18th and I still don’t have the item. I will be demanding a refund. All I can say about the employees at the pgh mills location is what a disgrace! They all seem to lack any kind of proper training or knowledge. I won’t be back.

Jeff and lance just arnt to good at there job. Sorry but there not.  Took about 50 min just to pay for my suit that got messed up 3 times. ......  oh ya wait. I’m still in line
