I loved the lady who did my hair she took her time and I told her my bad hair past and told her to make sure she did it right and I was really unsure the whole time she was doing my hair like I had a feeling she wassnt doing something right but she got done and asked me if I wanted my hair curled and I said yes sure and it looked awesome but the next day I washed my hair to get all the products she put in my hair out I blow dried it and straighten it and it looks so choppy now it looks so bad I balled my eyes out for like an hour straight. I very upset and we’re calling back to see if they can do something about it and fix it. But I’m not spending another dollar there.

Husband bought me gold hoop earing for birthday in January.  Due to health reasons, was not abel to wear them till Valentines.  Notice that my earing fell on the floor.  I wore them again on March 1st and notice it fell off again so I noticed the clasp was not catching,  Returning it for an exchange on exact s as me earing and she asked would I like a warranty and we replied no, suddenly she said your purchase is over 60 days.  I went one day over.  So she said she can repair it.  When you spend 290.00 for a brand new earrings, to have it repaired upset me.  When I walked away, because I was upse,  She then tells my husband, Next time tell you wife to buy a different kind of clasp earing because when you use this type of clasp over and over it gets loose.  Told her, only use it once and my husband  bought it for me.  I have been a loyal customer of JCP but this kind of customers service just did it for me.

Very friendly and courteous clerks. Quite a bit quieter than Christmas eve and all associates were just as helpful then as they were today

I love this store. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate their customers.  They are so helpful and friendly always smiling.  Kudos to the training staff.
