I have not been to any JCP for over two years. Finally, I decided to go to Temecula again only because they had the size I needed in all colors. They were 59.50 and 2nd 1/2 off fo levis. I tried to post a kudos on facebook, but I am cut off Facebook by the JCP customer service team due to my complaint two years ago. What a nasty thing to do to a customer. JCP just did not want neg feedback.I had kept talking to the agents to get problem resolved. Well, they cut me off from posting on FB I had three great experiences, When I found out that I'm blocked from posting comments, I felt a rage of anger come over me about JCP. I cannot believe how this Temecula store has changed. A female employee asked what I was looking for. She lead me right to the levis and found sizes for me. I had a stroke, left arm hand paralyzed. She noticed. Alexis, Cashier was excellent buying the Jeans A shocking experience. A couple days later, had to exchange jeans for a larger size. J.D. was professional and made exchange easy with a smile. I will now go back. What a change in customer service, and cleanliness. Employees even say "hi" when they pass. The also say " can I help you find anything?" I still am amazed by the change. Hope it stays this way. Hopefully this is a company standard now with the new C.E.O. as of a couple years ago

Horrible customer service. First the salon sends me to a register to be rung up for product. Then the nice girl at that counter noticed it rang up wrong and went to talk to the salon. A lady came out and informed me that the product had been mislabeled. I asked what the price was and she refused to sell me the conditioner and said that it couldn't be bought here individually until after the holidays, even though multiple bottles were priced wrong and on the shelf individually and I have bought it here that way before. She then took them away and offered me to buy a different smaller more expensive product. It was their bad not mine and I would have paid a reasonable price, but to refuse to sell it because you're too lazy to look up the correct price is ridiculous.

Seriously in a line of 3 people at checkout for 20 minutes. Don't waste your time here.

Was visiting from out of town . Read previous review on here and was shocked . Made appointment online and had Berlin helping us . She was amazing . Told her what our budget was and what was needed . Very easy to work with , wasn't pushy and really worked well with the kids . Place is under new management and is excellent over all ! Would recommend .
