Sales were awesome! One of the few places still up and running in the mall. Shopped for Men's size 7 shoe which is impossible to find. ( Most stores start at Men's size  7 1/2 or 8 and size 7 is kids) They are NOT created equal. Kid shoes are cut different even if they are the same style. It was nice to find brand names at affordable prices and the right size

Tried asking for help with the in store toy shop and yet no one knew what the hell I was talking about and 1 worker walked away. And no more Christmas catalog? R.I.P. JCPenny

To begin if I could give my experience 0 stars I would. I was shopping the clearance racks. All of which were marked as 50-80% off. I found 2 very nice Nike tank tops, however the tags were only marked down 40% (there weren't even any 40% clearance racks in the entire store) When I asked a sales associate about the price they were clueless and couldn't give any additional discount. When they called and asked their manager they said that they can't honor a higher discount. Their reason is that someone could have put all of the Nike tank tops  on that clearance rack so they could get a better discount.... What?? At the end of the day I feel they should have to honor at least a 50% discount. I would not shop this location. It's a disorganized store with mismarked merchandise and clueless, rude and careless employees.

Best sale of the year and the extra discount coupon was great. Got stuff better quality for less than I've ever paid

Good selection in the clearance section ..Staff here are very helpful, Especially in the teens/juniors dept. And there's always a sale or coupon, don't forget to ask at the register. Fitting rooms aren't labelled M or F so use your best judgement.
