Words cannot express how extremely disappointing this stores service is. They have closed so many registers and force you to go to main checkouts; however, the lines are way too long and take a VERY long time. I was there today and ended up just leaving and buying my items elsewhere. JCPenney has had financial challenges in the recent past. If they don't do something quickly to change their ability to better serve their customers, they may find themselves back there again. Sad, sad, sad.

Dr. Bock was amazing, and his staff was great. Helped me pick out some great frames. Definitely will be going back.

I’m a j c penny’s salon customer and I’ll like to comment about my experience with Lili wich is a very professional stylist she is very friendly and I’m very happy with the job she is doing.She makes me feel welcome anytime.....i highly recommend her to my friends
