One of my favorite place in town, great place to shop at. There are always great deals and my favorite feature is that there is a wide range of sizes and and the clothes are actually cute ! And don't get me started on clearance and the coupons ! Very Friendly atmosphere , High traffic at times but hey who does not like a good deal. I love Penny's :)

JcPenney is a very unorganized store. The management is very bad at communicating with eachother and their employees. I am in high school and I worked kids department and my own supervisor did not know when school started. She would schedule me to work 945 to 1700 all the way to the end of September. She claims she had no idea when school started but she was in charge of the back to school sale. The negligence they have is unbelieveable. Do not even try calling a manager because it is unlikely that they will ever answer the phone, at least not without a few tries. Their goal of course is to just stay open as their business continues to fail and lose money so expect the store to get much worse in the future.

Worst customer service ever. I was trying to buy fine jewelry and I was asking questions to the guy who's working there, as soon as he saw another customer he told me "you're not buying anything so let me go help the other lady" just like that. I was so shocked. I told him that I spend so much money on your store and that's how you treat their customers?? Just horrible, even management is useless
