Great store with quality merchandise and decent prices. I hear a lot about this company struggling financially and I think a lot of it has to do with their crappy hours. I'm usually awake by 6 AM even on the weekend and I'm not going to wait until 11 AM for a store to open because my day is half over by that point. There have been several times that I've wanted to shop there but gone elsewhere do to them not being open yet.

Love this JcPenney!  It's not very crowded, the lines are short, the store is clean and I can always find what I'm looking for at a good price.

I go here regularly. The staff is nice. They have a Sephora inside which is a bonus.

Surprisingly good men's section. Came to shop for Prom and was astonished to find a great white Blazer for $70.
