Love this JCPENNEY store!  It's my go to for clothes that fit for dress occasions especially. Pants for tall people are occasionally difficult to find and I can usually find those here. Really love the sales too- quality at very good prices.

Had a return. Found what I went for. Pleasant & helpful employee. Quick check out process.

➡Addt'l review 7/13/17:
Slow checkout service. Employees were too busy giggling. I had placed an online order but needed a different size. But.....they WON'T let you do an exchange to be able to get it at the same price. You have to do a return, then repurchase. I don't think so - not at those prices. This SUCKS!!!

I love jcpenny. This one is probably the worst I have been in. It looks a tornado went through here.  And the paging of the pa is none stop. You guys need to invest in a walkie or make a phone call.

The store has went down hill..Goodwill store looks better than Beaumont J C Penny store...it looks like trash and it was not because of black Friday thats the way the store looks all the time..
