My husband and I went to the JCPenney store on Shackleford yesterday to order window blinds for our home. We couldn't find anyone to help us that knew about the custom blinds. I tried to call the window department several times and no one answers the phone and after the phone rings so many times, you get the main menu again and no way to leave a message. If someone could help me, I would appreciate it so much because we have found custom blinds we really like and would want to order them. This is one of the few stores that has a nice display of window coverings but we need help!

Why the f*** does this store not answer the phone!!!? I came in and bought two dolls for my daughter and was charged for 3, tried calling the store because it wasn’t till I made it home and check my receipt that I realized what happened! I have two small kids i can’t just jump back in the car and get it reversed. When I come back though, and I will, I don’t want any bull about how they can’t fix it... so frustrating

How do I begin..... Well. My day/ shopping experience was going well. Until we checked out. The disgruntled cashier took the liberty of SNATCHING THE TAG OFF MY $150 item. Instead of  taking the time to properly cut it off. REALLY..... DO BETTER 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

This job and company is a big mistake , I worked part time with 50+ hrs every week for them for almost a year in EVERY DEPARTMENT !! If your not managment you will get no fulltime (.) They are always short staff there's no manger on duty the line to wait to check out are sometimes 30-40 min long there's no cashiers and the managment gives out free money to employees for every credit application they get up to $20 (only perk) the customer service is horrible!!! The GM and Supervisor are perverts and have been filed for excatly that! You will get paid no more then 8.50 starting off ,this is not a job if your looking to start and progress and build your career, they bring in other supervisors and employees from different stores before training and producing new hard working Supervisor and mangers (truthfully everyone quits right after taking management positions ), there's no growth! If your looking for JUST A "JOB" THIS IS IT , BUT IF YOUR LOOKN TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF/FAMILY THEN I WOULDNT RECOMMEND unless you have experience in retail at least 5+ .  ---- 1/15/18

We found very much And also they have really GOOD deals right now for the Christmas holiday season for example there were these boots for 60$ + tax Which I was able to get for ONLY 15$ Wow! Plus there is a 3$ off Coupon on the JCpenny Website-- Staff is mhh😬the only problem
