Good store with a staff trying their best while serving under a rapidly failing logo.

Rude floor staff in clothing. All floor staff contacted lacked knowledge in transaction institutions used, didn't offer friendly service, and treated my children like shop liftors... Showing ignorance in stores training capabilities, ethics and enthusiasm. Store was empty of shoppers. You would expect the experience to be more enthusiastic and friendly.

Edward Herrera is amazing!!! Totally saved the day!!! If you make a disaster of your hair, he will go to unbelievable lengths to make it beautiful! Trust me he's worth it too... Prices are great as well! Go to JCPENNEY salons!
