Ridiculously expensive. You could easily pay half for same quality and brands at the outlets. Oh, and if you have a question good luck getting an associate. Now when it comes to standing in line to pay at the cashiers, prepare to stand for half an hour.

This JC Penney location is the messy, clothes all over floor. I actually had to step over clothing to get through. Also, I looked for a representative  for help and found no one.  I went to look for dress pants and could not find any because the area was such a mess and nothing was in order by size.  Not a nice experience

I appreciate  the customer service I receive from Chelsea.  (In Montebello) She went above and beyond to help to with my shopping.  Thanks for the great  experience.

Long lines and only 2 registers opened. No sales in top of that. Horrible

lines to pay are ridiculous more staff needed no one to help you or answer a question pretty much besides price it sucks will do online shopping in the future.
