went to buy shoes  sales associate walked away from us as we were asking her a question and didnt come back sat there for 45 minutes before she's​ showed up   told her about it too! nicely of coarse  kudos to the manager though she helped us with our problem real quick

Back to school shopping so it was very busy, but we were checked out quickly and efficiently and the salesman was very nice

I cannot believe how junky Penny's has become. I don't know who the manager is, but the place needs major cleaning and organization. The women's Dept and shoe department we're the worst, but the whole store is a mess. Looks like a going out of business sale. I decided to try on a dress and the dressing room was filthy. Hooks on walls for clothes were missing. I hated having to take off my shoes to get my jeans off. There are racks overflowing with clothes, tons if which have fallen to the floor. Many clothes mixed up in wrong areas. This was on a Wednesday evening so not because of weekend rush. This is the managers fault. I know people can really be messy while shopping and it's a lot of work getting it organized. Way too many racks and clothes jammed into the area. I know shoppers are messy, but the management is responsible for getting this store cleaned up.

I usually can find what I need but it's always a mess with not enough help on the floor or enough cashiers.
