store is beautiful and clean B U T, employees at the back were very rude and disrespectful especially assoc.#0739 at 8:pm on 10-9-17. We were going to ask for help to order a 24 piece $500 comforter set but decided not to because of her attitude. These young kids need to understand that they are here because of us paying customers. Thank You Sincerely Mr. Herrera

Great prices, selection for XL, not crowded.   Only negatives,  is no sitting areas while my wife tried on clothes.  I did get assistance and a sales clerk did find me chair.

The customer service at this store is Awesome. You just can't get any better than Jose.

This place is always a wreck.  I don't like shopping here because there are clothes all over the place.  The shoes are in disarray, and shelves falling down.  I truly don't think try have managers that walk the store.

Problem:
* They charged my new credit card *without my permission*!

  Details:
- One Saturday, to get an additional percentage off the price of some earrings, I agreed to open a JC Penny's credit card.  When it was time to pay, they asked if I wanted to use my new credit card, and I said, "No."  I gave them my usual credit card instead.  I had to wait 24 hours before I could take the earrings home.  Because of religious beliefs I don't shop on Sunday's, so I went back on Monday to pick them up.  A month later, I received a credit card statement in the mail and I noticed that there was a balance- the cost of the earrings.  I looked at the credit card statement for my card I wanted them to use, and there were no charges made.  The charge was made on the *Sunday* after I had bought the earrings!  I called the credit card company and complained.  I paid off the charges with the card that should have been used the first time.  

I've tried to call the store on multiple days and at different times, but no operator ever answers.  I will be going to the store to complain. If they don't recognize the problem, I will go to higher authorities, because I believe this to be CREDIT CARD FRAUD.  Making a charge on my credit card that I didn't authorize is Not lawful.

Cons:
- Making a charge on my credit card that I didn't authorize.
- Sales lady wasn't very personable.

Pro: 
- 1 star, only because this was the only place I was able to find the simple earrings I wanted.

* If I am contacted by the General Manager at the Alamo Ranch store and am able to either get them to recognize the problem and make changes, so that this doesn't happen to other customers, OR if they are able to help me see that it was an honest mistake, I will be happy to delete or change my review.
