Decent place to go shopping. No complaints about that. Wouldn't say I have got the best help here though. I also had many friends work here and tell me about the management and say they didn't enjoy working here. As far as shopping, it is like every other JCPenny, so your shopping will get done in a decent environment.

There is a sephora, and you can buy adult/kids clothes + shoes, so kind of a one stop shop.
