Service staff friendly. Just store was very fragrant.  Had an asthma attack while shopping.
Couldn't tell if it was sales associate or other customer with high cologne on. Couldn't breath. Got order placed and got home to take inhaler. Will have to remember to bring inhaler if shop in-store again
It's good policy as employees that there are people with health conditions so don't wear cologne to work. Other shoppers need to remember respect of others as well. This was an over all great experience best I have received in years by jc penny,s

Sale prices were very nice found lot of nice sweaters only thing was there was only one check stand open with 2 checkers on the hole 2nd floor and one one in the basement

Holy cow ! After buying in stock drapes , not in stock ..no big deal Jc penny's ordered them . Not one email ever said my product arrived . After 9 days I call the store . 7 phone calls and 45 mins later no one can even answer the phone !! So I'll have to drive there now 😡 And none of this  over exaggerated !! Don't do a dot com order with penny's

Sad, because I love JCP and have shopped them everywhere I have lived all over the country for years. But I have been trying to call for 2 days. The answering system is terrible!!!! Won't let you enter a "valid" extension and keeps going back to the taped blurb. When I tried the 800 number, got a very static-y connection and still not a real person. Not interested in buying an appliance or big ticket item if I can't contact the people who sold it to me.
