JCPenney stores have been around for over a century, and have always had high quality merchandise at reasonable prices. I worked at JCPenney's while I was in college, and I have always enjoyed going and shopping there. If you need some new clothes, shoes, a purse, bedding, household goods, this is a great place to go.

Had a terrible experience here. So while shopping with my kids, my six year old finds pins and other random trash on the floor in the clothing department. Being an imaginative 6 year old, I let her retain them. When we arrive at the point of sale, we began checking out. At one point, the employee notices my kid with the 3 pins (trash) she found on the floor and instructs us to tell her to give them to her. At that point I go into what I can describe as shock. My wife asks to confirm "you want the trash she found on the floor?". I realize I'm not in Narnia and this lady wants us to tell our kid to relinquish said trash. Then she instructs us 2 more times (3 total) to tell our 6 year old child to give her the 3 pins she found on the ground. At this point, I came out of my shock and decided I didn't want to spend my money at a what I can only describe as a "North Korean JC Penny" so I returned said pins to their natural dirt habitat of the dirt, poop, germ, bug, spit infested JC Penny floor and vacated its premises. If you're wondering, this story has a good ending.....we found everything we wanted plus some fragrance at DILLARDS. #jcpenny=farts.

The infant section looks like it was organized by infants. And we couldn't get any help spend you should spend your money somewhere else.

Staff was rude. We booked a photo session and they took it under them to book over our slot and move us to a week later when we aren't going to be here anymore. We wanted a shoot of the kids all together before everyone moves. So they have us " well you can go to the other jcp and try doing a walk in" like that's going to work when you DOUBLE BOOKED OUR SPOT HERE EVEN!!! Overall horrible experience. I do not at all recommend them.
