The Jewelry clerk was very nice and helpful. She remembered my mom coming in previously and was able to help me pick out a ring that my mother had mentioned buying for herself but didn't want to spend the money at that time. Great experience

Had an employee tell me good luck finding help bc their staff is overworked and understaffed.  Also stated "f'n people" as she walked away in front of my 8 yr old.  Cashier and management was friendly about the situation.

The customer service has recently been upgraded.  The younger generation of sales associates at Penneys has been very helpful and take a genuine interest in assisting shoppers. Keep it up!!
