Dr. Jeff Phillips is a well known and respected dentist in Oak Ridge, TN. His top priorities are good dental health, comfort and the appearance of his patients smile. HOURS:
-Monday-Thursday from 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.
-Most Fridays from 8:00 A.M.-2:00 P.M.
