I seem to always eat well whenever I am on a business trip. This place was on the agenda... and it did not disappoint! The food, drink, and culture of the place are phenomenal! If you are in Louisville and are looking for a great steakhouse then you should come here. I sampled different dishes while there, but I also tried some of their rolls. Yes I had sushi at a steakhouse... sue me. I would recommend a roll though. They put them together just as well as they cook their steaks. Outstanding!

The dinner was fantastic. Communication between staff must be incredible, because I booked online and noted it was our anniversary. Every staff person, from the host to the servers, all knew and congratulated us throughout the evening. Very nice touch. My wife and I both agreed it was the best steak of our lives, and we come from St. Elmo's country, which is a high benchmark. Another small detail, but made an impression, is their take home bags.

Had an amazing dinner. The staff was exceptional. I had on stilettos and my waiter Paul saw me get up to go to the ladies room and was thoughtful enough to offer his arm for me to hold while walking across their hardwood floor. The best steak I've had out at a restaurant by far. Drinks and dessert were phenomenal too. I can't wait to go back.

Service was impeccable, Sushi was pretty good. The steaks were very pricey can spend as much as $70 on a steak. It was good but not $70 good. The wait after we had been seated was approximately an hour. The cowboy ribeye that was $69 it was advertised as aged. Very unique decor. The live piano was very nice and entertaining.

Have been here many times but this last visit was totally disappointing! After spending $500 on 3 drinks and a steak, I felt totally ignored and insulted by the bar staff. What is the most disappointing part is that I called immediately after to complain to someone who claimed to me the manager and they said somebody would get to me. They did not! I wrote and email which got a quick response from another "manager". They said they would take care of me however I am not sure. But that never happened and it's been a month. I am mostly upset about being lied to by this organization. It's really beneath them. I used to recommend Ruby's to all for their excellent customer care. But never will again. GOOD BYE!
