Second time I went to this specific car wash, and I had to complete the job when I got home. The windows had a line where they shut, the inside was not vacuumed completely. My car is new, and should not have been hard to clean. Behind the steering wheel was still full of dust. I usually go to the one on Winchester Rd, and do not have any challenges and customer service was great. I called after the first wash at Nicholasville Rd. and was spoken to as if I did something wrong. The fees are as such, that I should expect great service. I gave you a second chance, and you didn't follow through on giving me expert car wash service. I will go back to Winchester Rd.

When I pulled up to the cash register, there was a car getting its interior cleaned out in front of me and someone else getting rang up next to me and cars getting dried. No cones prevented me from pulling up. No lights off anywhere. No signs saying they were closed. The cashier came over and scolded me after ringing up the car next to me saying it was 6:01 and they closed at 6:00 and they had to go home sometime like it’s my fault I’m demanding them to work. I didn’t even say a word to him but for ok. How on earth was I supposed to know they closed at 6:00 with all that activity and nothing blocking my entrance to the line? Also, so what’s if it was 6:01 on the cagsier’s cell phone by the time he came to my window? ONE minute after and denied service - and everything was completely opened with no cones up to close down the lanes. In all my years and all the places I’ve been I’ve never been turned away because an emoloyee’s cell phone turned to one minute past closing. You have to do the right thing; close down the business by blocking cars from entrance, give a few minutes grace and not scold customers for not intuitively knowing the business closed one minute after they pull in.  This rude experience coupled with the fact my last car wash wasn’t what it once used to be, I can’t bring myself to spend my money there anymore.

The best car wash I've ever been to.  Every time my fiancé takes his truck in, the detail that the workers put into the drying process always impresses me.

For someone who is less of a car wash pro, I do wish the staff would specify what each customer should do when they pay for the wash.  My first few times I was really confused and had to slowly pull forward and ask a worker what to do.  They're very iffy about whether they will presoak your vehicle's front end and it made each experience very uncomfortable and confusing for me lol.  But at the end of the wash, my car always looks great.  I'd definitely recommend this place.

Wow! I could spend 10 hours cleaning my car and it still wouldn’t be as clean and shiny without water spots as a car wash from Jeff’s. I’ve been a customer of Jeff’s since 1982 and no other car wash Even rates above a 3 and Clean Sweep as a zero as they killed the battery on my car and didn’t have jumper cables. (I needed a wash and vacuum while on other side of town and had 30 free minutes before I to pick up friend from therapy).
