DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company sent an arrangement for a client to a recipient - it looked NOTHING like it was supposed to . When the client asked for the a refund (which he should have gotten in full) this company decided to send ANOTHER arrangement to NOT THE CLIENT ,but the recipient- rudely informing them of the situation between the client and the company on the included card . How completely unprofessional. He then went on to THREATEN a member of our military , if he dared write a bad review . Do no use this company , and do not believe the fake “good” reviews they have posted . There are MANY great floral company’s in this area that DONT treat customers with such disrespect.

Horrible phone service. Did not have the arrangement that was on their website and was very short with me when I asked for optoons. Hung up on me, when I said I was going to try another florist and may call them back. Maybe they were having a bad day. Not impressed.

I reviewed several florists in the Newport News area and chose Jeff's based on the good reviews and beautiful arrangements however,  they missed the mark for me. The order was placed with plenty of advance notice (5 days) and all the correct info for delivery but they were not delivered in time for the memorial service or even 2 hours after the service while the family was still there. I called and was told they were delivered at 1pm. I specifically said the service at 10am so if they need to deliver the day prior-please do so! The woman at the shop said she was going to pull paperwork and call me back in 10 mins. No call back. I will be calling for a FULL REFUND! Sorry Jeff's...You totally missed the mark. Note: After I called them back the owner, Jeff, came on the phone and apologized and offered to send something to the family, at no cost and refund the original order.

I worked with Page during my wedding planning process and she is absolutely phenomenal. She is the kindest, most talented person I got the chance to work with! I probably changed my mind over one hundred times and she was patient with me through and through. She always got back to me in a timely manner and made sure I had exactly what I wanted. She definitely exceeded all of my expectations! All of my flowers were absolutely STUNNING! I remember coming down the stairs to meet them when they got to my venue on my wedding day and feeling so overwhelmed with how beautiful everything was. I highly recommend Jeff's Flowers for ANY occasion!

I ordered  the FTD touch of springBouquet and it looked nothing like the picture. It looks looked like they just threw random flower in to the base. Very disappointed.
