I called yesterday and made an appt. for today at 2pm.  Got a call at 10:15 last night from a locksmith asking if I was available for the visit.  I said my appt. was for 2pm, not 2am.  He asked where I was and when I told him I was in Arizona, he said he was in Florida and that he was sorry for the call. I called this morning to make sure my appt. was still at 2pm and was told it was.   It is now 4:15 with no call about a locksmith coming over, so after calling the number on the web, I got a Florida call-back number.  I canceled my appt.  Sure seems like shoddy business to me, and the call from Florida was certainly suspicious.

After waiting an hour for the tech to arrive i called. Fifteen minutes later, he shows up in an orange car, not a company truck, drills holes in two of my locks, charges me 200 dollars, plus 19 bucks just for having called yhem to show up and walks off with my tv... 

No uniform, no clue how to wear pants, has me guessing the whole time as to whether or not he can actually do the job. When he went for his grinder i felt the most uneasy. Thank God electricity to the outside of the house was out. Literally, worst, most unprofessional guy i've ever seen in my life. 

Oh... and he left ywo of his locksmith tools: picks made of tin, outside my house on the ground. I should have just broken the window

Extremely courteous, professional, competitively priced, and competent.  I chose them over another locksmith who quoted me a higher price for the work.  They were on time and did great work quickly.  From the person who answered the phone to Teresa who came and fixed the problem, they provided excellent service.  I would definitely use them again.
