In 1994 Jeff's Pizza Shop started out in Madison, WI delivering pizzas where the owner, Jeff Uetz, went to school. Over the next ten years he worked on and off with two different pizza companies doing different duties which ranged from delivery driver to day shift manager to store general manager.
The pizza business has always interested Jeff. He loved the excitement generated from customers. It's customers who have shaped the way things are done - from items on the menu to the way service is provided and even the look of the stores.
In the spring of 2004, Jeff opened Jeff & Jim's Pizza with his uncle, Jim Verdon. They tried many different ideas and found that one thing was constant: We can provide quality pizza at a reasonable price.
In January 2008, Jeff & Jim's Pizza became Jeff's Pizza Shop in Menomonie. Jim continues to run under the Jeff & Jim's Pizza name in Eau Claire and La Crosse.
