I had never been here till a couple of days ago. When I went I realized I have been missing out all this time. I have had two different sandwiches from here and they are always good.

The service is pretty good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great exepronce dining in, not so much when orderimg over the phone.

My favorite sub sandwich in mid-MO: the Jefferson City Sub Shop Hot Hoagie on rye. 

This place is in an old Taco Bell building on Missouri Blvd. The menu has misspellings; and the last time I was there, the promo commercial on the TV in the dining room was still offering pizza, but it seems like ages since they sold pizza. 

But never mind, the food is so tasty; the buns hot, crisp and yet wonderfully fresh. I've been eating Sub Shop subs for more years than I can remember. Try it.

So I just gotten out of surgery this afternoon and my mom gotten me a sub cause I was hungry after waiting to eat...  the order was right so my boyfriend goes in and get him a sub but they made his order wrong he asked for chicken and tuna, NOW I understand it was busy and ppl make mistakes... but the employees and manager had a straight ATTITUDE that was really on called for he acted like I was lying just to get a free sub... do to me hurting from surgery they did bring me another one and gave them tuna back that was supposed to be chicken.. ok that was fine but the fact that he was mad cause the order was wrong and had attitude, like it was our fault like maybe we said what we wanted was wrong, we said chicken not tuna open ears and patience and lose the attitude would really work very rude and unprofessional could of handle it , verbally, food is good but there attitude sucks...
