The clerk's in Jefferson Family Court are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I'm an attorney and frequently have questions or need help looking at the court file for a case. These folks do a great job and should be commended!

Its currently JUNE 28 2016 at approximately 915 a lazy individual answered the phone with an attitude transferred me to another line that did not pick up because she didnt want to assist. I call back she states I transfered you so you wouldnt wait i said im patient though after she finished i said thabk you she hung up. I guess anyone can talk how they want at a government facility
