I am getting fed up with this place. I dropped off a sheet of paper (one sheet) Friday February 10th for the doctor to sign so I can get my disability discount for the ferry, it is February 13th and the doctor hasn't even looked at the paper. How hard is it to take 30 seconds to sign one thing. This permit will ultimately save me hundreds, the doctor needs to sign the damn paper. If the doc hasn't signed the permit application by tomorrow I will be thinking about a new doctor as they'd sign it on the spot.

I must say that I've tried to go to the clinic several times over the last few years and have never had a reasonable experience.  Today, they were unable to take labs so just advised that I go someplace else.

If you have an alternative you should take it.
