This was the first place I've been able to find a good Dr. that has methodically been able to work on getting the right combination of medicine that actually works for me. Great doctors but that's what they are, DOCTORS.  If you're looking for a counselor to talk to and get regular therapy find an LPC or therapist.

Respected and very much liked my doctor, but communicating with the medical staff both on the phone and in person was hellish.  Although my visits with my doctor were short (as another reviewer correctly put it, this is psychiatric medication and diagnostic management, not talk therapy), the long, unnecessary protracted conversations with staff who were rude, crass, and dishonest was reason enough to leave a great doctor.

I found the frond desk service alright, but the doctor himself showed next to no interest in my problems. He showed ridiculous indifference to what I complained about. Don't waste your time, value your health.

Everything I read about this organization  before I visited was true: One member of the staff behind the window was the rudest medical staffer I've ever seen. When I  made the appointment, I indicated that I would need someone to fill  out paperwork, as a stroke had made writing virtually  impossible. "No problem," I was told. Well it was another story when I showed up. The employee to whom I refer yelled, "We're too busy to do that. You should have brought someone with you. You  don't understand, that's not a service we provide." When I reminded her of the  conversation I had had, she barked, "Who said that? What was her name? Take a seat and we'll see what we're going to do about this." I  waited, until a very kind Donna sat next to me and did exactly what I needed: She helped. I would stay away from this outfit if I were  you. JIM
