I'm making a new review. I ordered a size too big and sent it back 3 weeks ago for a smaller size. They said they were going to send it the next week but never did. I called back and they apologized and said they would make it a high priority to send out on that day. Here I am a week later, NOTHING. They barely answer their phone also. Clothes are nice but customer service is very poor. Wont be ordering from here again. Very sad.

The worst customer experience I've ever had. Didn't ship the order until I asked them, which was almost a week since the order was placed. And not even an explanation or apology.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a hoodie a week ago and still hasnt been shipped out. No explanation no nothing! Do not buy from them borderline scammers! Phone number doesnt wrk!  Bogus address!

Great service communication with store directly to customer all throughout each delivery. Really helped me feel comfortable ordering with them. Great stuff to find with them for great prices.
