Doc Erin and Doc Newman are some of the most understanding and helpful medical staff I've ever been with. 
Being active duty, I wish some of their knowledge and patient service skills would rub off on the civilians that work at the hospitals on base. 
The docs and staff at cardinal medical have my respect and would recommend them to any and all who seek medical attention

Showed up for an appointment for my annual preventive physical, which is supposed to be free. Doctor wasn't even there - his staff sent me to his physician's assistant instead. After the nurse took my vitals - a half hour after my appointment was supposed to begin - the physician's assistant spoke with me for a couple minutes, checked my heartbeat, and then left. Dr. Newman's office charged me $45, but it was supposed to be free. I've spent the last hour phoning their office, my insurance company, and filing a complaint with California's Department of Insurance to try to get a refund. This was a complete waste of time. Very unprofessional all around. I'm switching doctors.

I've been here twice  haven't seen the actual Dr. yet.  on his P.A.  and both times it wasn't even the same P.A.getting a person on the phone is non existant if you have ant questions

Amazing office and staff. Dr Newman is very caring and passionate about helping his patients. Ive been a patient of his for over a year now and will stay with him as long as I can!!!  1,000x's better then waiting in urgent care for hours as well.
