Hard to describe my experience.
Needed an auto inspection for my ins co. To start when I called the number provided by my ins co. the woman said to hold on and in a few seconds I was listening to a recording about the process. No warning no explanation no good bye a true disconnect from any kinda service. So I show up for the five minute appointment that took 5 minutes where the woman at the desk did not look up, not once. She went through the process without any conversation, asked me only form questions, paged a guy by saying "photos". Obviously the employees consider this service a hassle. I'm sure the owner gets little money for doing this but it's probably done in the hopes that costumers will come back when body repairs are needed. We'll with that extremely nonpersonal service I WOULD NEVER COME BACK THERE, EVER. I wouldn't give the a second chance.

Took a little longer than I expected but the text message update feature is amazing and the staff is awesome. Jeffery is amazing with kids! My son loves him.

We have had several cars repaired here over the years and have always had a good experience.  This time we were provided a loaner car, very helpful.  However, the experience was spoiled by their front desk woman this morning.  We told them yesterday that I would be there at 8 a.m. when they were supposed to open, to pick up the car (since I myself would be late to work).  I arrived promptly at 8.  The front desk woman was just running into the building.  She had to unlock the door for me.  She was not pleasant.  I would expect at least a smile and a good morning when spending over $4,000 with a company.  Did not get either.  While we will probably use Jeffrey's again if the need arises, I won't be looking forward to it.
