I had be floundering with a bad sprained ankle for weeks without healing progress. Then Jeffrey worked with me on both soft tissue work and acupuncture. He explained to me the all important "why" behind each of the techniques and therapies he was using, which help me understand how important my role was in my own healing. 3 treatments in and my ankle has made significant progress. Highly recommend Jeffery and this therapy modality for sports injuries.
