My professional goal is to treat each client and colleague with respect and honesty. I strive to provide clear, understandable answers to legal questions and concerns. I am interested in finding equitable solutions to legal issues, not drawing out legal battles. Direct, fair, reasonable and affordable representation is my goal.

Areas of Practice

Bankruptcy Law: Representation in US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division (Stark County). We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for relief under the Bankruptcy code.

Probate Law: Estate Administration, Estate Planning,Wills, Financial Power of Attorney, Health Care Power of Attorney, and Living Wills.

Real Estate Law: Representation regarding real estate contracts, purchase agreements, and title issues, as well as deed and land contract preparation.

Debt Collection: Collection lawsuits and wage garnishments.

General Law: Contract Law and Mediation.
