Ordered a sofa set for my grandmother for Christmas to arrive the week before Christmas. The delivery people refused to deliver the set! Tried to go into the store the same day to solve the issue. The store opened 45 minutes late so I had to wait outside for 45 minutes until an employee came and opened. After being there the employee told me that there was nothing he could do about it. I received no options for deliver or anything! Went home and called a customer service number and was told I would have to forfeit 30% of what I paid! When I said that was unacceptable they told me to take it up with the store I purchased at. I proceeded to call the store and was yelled at over the phone and when I tried to get the name of the person helping me, I was hung up on multiple times! It is not January 10 and I still have no refund or couches for my grandmother. My money is literally being held hostage and to this day no one can help me! I will never recommend this company and will never shop here again! I will continue to fight for my money and hope that one day soon I will see All of it!

The furniture shipped when promised. Will definitely buy more from them in the future. Highly recommend Jennifer Convertibles for high quality and  great cutomer service.
