John Jennings and his staff have assisted me through my legal matter every step of the way. The office manager is very helpful. I arrived at my first consultation (which was free :)) and was within a few minutes assisted back to Mr. Jennings office. He thoroughly explained the process and gave me step by step directions on how to proceed. He was very patient and answered all of my questions honestly and I never felt rushed. Once my husband and I decided to pursue our legal matter, his office has been nothing but helpful and informative. They are very knowledgeable of how to proceed in legal matters, and very efficient. I have never called and someone not answered within a few rings, and the office manager has spoke with me several times regarding questions. She will even go ask Mr. Jennings and he is always willing to give advice even when he is busy. I have never been told, "I will have to call you back." They always seem like they are there to help their clients and you can tell they love what they do. I would highly recommend this lawyers office to anyone needing help in legal matters they specialize in.

Jennings and Messer has an office in Gadsden and in Anniston. It was a huge help that when I called the office someone always answered. As someone who lives in Gadsden and works in Anniston, it was a huge convenience to have access to their office in both locations.
