The staff was nice but my hair is damaged. I have type 4A hair. I requested only a blow dry and trim to avoid excessive heat damage. My hair is noticibly cut in layers but my layers weren't touched during my trim. I noticed a burnt smell on my hair after leaving the salon. After washing my hair I noticed I had excessive heat damage. My hair felt brittle and would not revert to its natural state. I literally washed my hair 5 times to get rid of the burnt hair smell & it won't go away. Huge chunks of my hair also came out while detangling my hair due to my hair being burned. If you believe in healthy hair I would avoid this place.

I haven’t been there yet. I’m actually reading reviews because I was considering going there today or tomorrow; however after reading all of the online reviews I noticed that the owner only responded to the positive reviews.  There are absolutely no responses, explanations or even apologies to the customers that had bad experiences. That’s very disappointing and indicates no worries about the unsatisfied customers. Perhaps this is a sign that I had better not attempt to go to this place of business.

Wrost place to go to if your hair is natural
They used 450 degrees for natural hair!!!!!!!
which leads to heat damage 
You lose your curls

Very nice and friendly. I love the way Jenny does my hair. I get a blowout and it lasts for weeks! Thanks Jenny!

Being military and moving a lot its hard to find a good salon. Another friend recommended them to me and I love it. Getting a blowout you can't complain about the heat that's part of the process. Very clean and excellent customer service. During the middle of the week I'm in an out in 2.5 hours top. Hidden gem I call it but highly recommend it especially to those military families new to the area.
