Worst massage I’ve ever experienced. I requested a deep tissue massage as my back was hurting particularly badly. I would guess that she had never done a massage before. Just appalling. Save your money

This spa is so amazing as soon as I walked in felt welcomed by the owner Jenny and the other staff.the place is beautiful and clean with a great essential aroma. I received a great massage and facial. I definitely recommend this place. Awesome

I have been coming to Jenny's Day Spa now for about 6 months for my Brazilian wax and will continue to come! They are friendly and flexible, plus the prices are very reasonable, service was Excellent👍👍 and they make me feel comfortable every time, highly recommend to everyone!

HORRIBLE customer service!! I never leave bad reviews online, but this place has made me make an exception. I had been here once before and saw they had bogo Tuesdays. It was clearly explained to me that if I bought a massage, I could bring a friend and get another massage for free. When we scheduled the appointment, we specifically asked for the bogo. When we arrived, the lady in the office told us it is a 2 for 1 deal now. They didn't clarify this on the phone with us before booking the appointment. We were expecting to pay around $70 and was told it would be $130 for the two of us. Then she said she was going to charge us $50 to cancel the appointment. When we made the appointment, they said they would charge the card if we were a no show, but didn't say anything about a cancelation fee. The lady in the office was rude and argumentative and could seriously benefit from a lesson or two in customer service. I see why the ratings are so low for this place. They are lying to people and gouging them.

I had a great experience here. I plan to make this my regular place. They were nice, and the lady that did my waxing was really good and very professional. They have waxing Wednesday special for only 25$! Works well for me. They also do lashes, can't wait to see if I like that as well.
