When you walk in there is just a counter with glass jars of jerky, and a friendly employee to greet you (maybe even the owner). There are free samples of a wide selection of flavors. Every flavor I had was amazingly accurate and delicious!

Great selection of jerky and they are still growing their flavors I have had the opportunity to try most of them and they are amazing and the staff are extremely friendly
