I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 IF I COULD. I have been renting with Gaw and Bernhardt for two years now. They were good in the beginning. Then we moved into a place on Myleigh and it's a standing swamp. I've asked them to come cut the limbs well over 3 times. Every time I get nothing and nothing gets cut. The apartments are overpriced and Mr. Gaw or Bernhardt I don't know which he is, IS INCREDIBLY RUDE. They think they're above law, as they told me today. People park wherever they want and get away with it. There's guest spots but apparently each apartment has a set guest spot even though it's not in the lease, online, or in the apartment info. I was thinking of staying with them a couple of months ago but I will NEVER stay here again nor will I recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. You'll think there good at first but boy do they fail. They're more worried about building new apartments than taking care of the ones they have.

The team @ Gaw/ Bernhardt are slum-lords in disguise. At first impression, you will think they are going to be great. Moved into new appt after paying $1600 (deposit & 1st month). Was not told there would be no TV or internet service available for months. Appts @ Myleigh ave were clearly built on swampy land. Always water standing in grass and appt smelt like John Gacy's crawlspace. Cancelled lease early due to moving from area for promotion and Gaw/ Bernhardt did not work with me at all and charged entire last 3 months rent and did not even refund entire deposit, even though place was spotless. They said "there will always be cleaning service fees regardless of condition" those fees cost $150 of my deposit. Bottom line, don't waste you're time or money with this company.
