My grandmother saw Dr. Chow for a routine surgery. His bedside manner was indifferent, cold, and left us in complete shock when he wouldn't listen to our concerns. "I don't care, that's your opinion." Were his exact words to my aunt. His staff at his office were the same. When my cousin called to get a post op appointment due to concerns of an infection and severe pain, his staff said he is not available for 5 days. They refused to get her in sooner. So she was taken to the ER and was re admitted. We are now seeking a second opinion from another surgeon.
