I ordered a bouquet for my friend’s wedding but did it over email.  When I got there, the flowers we’re beautiful! My friend had wanted a little more color and when I mentioned that, the florist was so kind in adding some additional flowers at no charge - and it was my fault.  Thank you Jerry’s for being so gracious!!

Steep pricing on roses. Good quality and decent presentation but not worth the premium.

Jury is out-- ordered flowers for Saturday delivery for my 80 year old mother.  Called her today (Mother's Day), and no flowers.  They are closed today, so I will see what happened.  Am certainly disappointed that it's Mother's Day, and my mother didn't get the $65.00 arrangement I purchased plus $14.00 delivery charge. Update- called Jerry's on Monday morning -- provided my mother's name and address-- they indicated they needed to "research it" and get back to me.  Update-- the shop called me back later in the day and made good on the order.  I appreciate it when folks can admit they made a mistake in handling the order--  they offered to provide a bigger and more beautiful bouquet for my mom which is appreciated.   I appreciate their honesty and willingness to rectify the problem.   Good job, Cindy.

Great service. Beautiful flowers for a centerpiece. Jerry y's Florist worked with a Houston, Texas, florist. All went great. I have used Jerry's Florist for years and will continue to do so.

Called at noon, said I needed a tall arrangement in a vase for my attorney friend, she asked me some questions about colors and then took it from there!  Arrangement was ready in about an hour!  Great price, FRESH flowers, and BEAUTIFUL arrangement with amazing scent.  Cindy really hooked me up and I would send anyone there who needs a special thank you, condolences, or love you arrangement!!  Great experience.
