We are very happy with the way they treated us from beginning to end. Dean Guilliacci was very prefesional and explained things in detail. Shawn Cote was great to work with as well he showed genuine concern that we were happy with their work. The work crew did a great job considering how many layers and levels they had to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quick professional roofing.

A great company.  Most importantly the owner is honest, caring and willing to work with you.
I had a mobile home that I needed a new roof on.  They were the low bid out of three but they supplied higher quality materials than the competition and they completed the job in one day.  Their attention to detail was impressive.  Versatile cleaned everything up perfectly and by the end of the day it looked like no one had ever been there!  ~ Instructor, Rogue Community College

Very, Very, Very, slow. Slow to get the job done after estimate. Quick to request payment though, even when job was not complete.

Shawn Cote and his team at Versatile Builders has done a number of projects both at my home and my office. Each time they have been professional and done a great job for a great price. I would recommend them for any building or remodel project.
