Being born and raised in Maryland Jerrys has been around for as long as I remember. I have eaten at a few different locations. I have recently ordered delivery from this location on 3 different occasions. I am so impressed with the service and the quality of the subs. All three times everything was perfect. The steak subs were not at all greasy or soggy. The condiments were exactly as requested. The delivery was very quick and we are not the close to the location. The delivery driver was very polite. Keep up the good subs and service, it is appreciated.

Anybody can buy a franchise, not just anybody can run them! I have visited this location 3 times and each time the food was worse than the time before! There were two ppl running the store, a Hispanic female and a black male who is not American, they both appeared as if they’d rather be doing ANYTHING else! My sandwich was thin and poorly assembled (how this is possible is beyond me) and had no flavor to speak of, there was one other patron in the store who ordered pizza, maybe that is edible here but the sandwiches leave much to be desired. If you want a decent cheesesteak, don’t come here. You’ve been warned.

Terrible Jerry’s I’ve ever visited! I don’t understand why this location still open when it has bad reviews! I was driving in snow and I decided to stop by jerry’s To get me and my husband something to eat. The two ladies at the register- very rude!!! My husband was trying to place our order and the lady kept on cutting him off and rushing him as well. Apart from terrible service, the food was cold and the chicken was still raw! The bathrooms super dirty and toilet paper everywhere. We decided to dine in and one of the ladies was rushing us to leave! We had to leave because we felt uncomfortable. Once we got home and was trying to finish my food, I found a hair !!! I hope corporate comes to take a look at this location. Very disappointed. This makes all Jerry’s look bad.

I came into this Jerry's location during lunch time at 11:43 AM on Friday November 1st, only one employee was working at the register, and she was on her cell phone. I tried to order a whole Philly Cheese-steak sub and mild buffalo wings however, while I was telling her my order the woman ran off to the back, still on her cell phone telling me "One second, one second." I waited roughly 15 seconds and noticed that the grill wasn't even on, nothing was cooking. I waited exactly 1 minute and 33 seconds before leaving in disgust at the poor customer service. Never again shall I eat here.

Very first time coming to this jerry’s Location, and not only was the staff very rude but my chicken filly was undercooked but seems like they just threw In chunks of cold chicken. Very dissapointed since I love Jerry’s and I used to work at a different jerry’s Location. Never again am I coming to this location. Very dirty as well. Go to Panda Express next door instead you’ll get fully cooked food there.
